Bruce Kalajian: Four years ago I spoke with several builders about building a custom home for my wife and I. After comparing price, quality of work and amenities Benart was by far the most sensible choice. Some builders were slightly less expensive but charged you extra for what Benart include in their price per square foot. After selecting Benart as my builder I found they were very easy to work with from the panning stage and even after my home was completed. They were very responsive to any questions or concern my wife and I had. The owners or supervisor were only a telephone call away and always addressed my questions professionally and in a timely manner. Benart was very helpful in the planning stage as to directing us where to go to select our house colors, finish, fixtures, etc. They even took us to different homes to gives us more ideas on what was available to us. This was very helpful. The qualiy of the home is impeccable. From the foundation to the finish work their subcontractors were of the highest quality. After living in our home for three years, it still looks and feels the same as the first day we moved in. We have had very little problems after three years. Any problem was taken care of with no questions asked. They have gone the extra mile to satisfy us. I would highly recommend Benart for anyone who is building a custom home.
